ENGINE

249cc DOHC four-stroke engine of the KLX250 motorcycle delivers smooth, responsive power and consistent performance. SUSPENSION AND BRAKES

KLX250S motorcycle can accommodate a wide range of riders thanks to adjustable Uni-Trak rear suspension. Coupled with an adjustable long-travel telescopic USD front fork, the KLX250S has a superb ride even in challenging off-road terrain. Easy to manage and fun to ride, the KLX250S proves to be the ultimate dual-purpose companion. The rear adjustable Uni-Trak shock has a gas-charged remote-reservoir shock and features 16-way adjustable compression and rebound damping.

Front and rear petal disc brakes offer impressive stopping performance. A twin piston calliper grips a 250 mm disc up front. At the rear, a single piston calliper operates a large 240 mm disc.

FRAME

KLX250S is a capable mid-size motorcycle in the dual-purpose category, featuring a light curb weight and ample ground clearance. The full-size wheels and tyres, confidently tackle off-road trails, while also comfortably cruising the pavement with ease. Lightweight, high-tensile steel for amazing rigidity. No downtubes allow for lower engine placement and lower center of gravity as well as ample ground clearance. Lightweight, aluminum D-section swingarm is highly rigid and reduces unsprung weight. KX racing-type chain adjusters allow precise adjustment.

All digital instrument console gives at a glance information featuring a digital bar graph tachometer, digital speedometer, clock, and dual trip meters.21″ front and 18″ rear wheels with 4mm spokes for off-road durability. Light weight alloy rims and dual-purpose tyres with small tread blocks for good tyre life and grip on the sealed roads.
