• ENGINE – Legendary Sport Performance: Exciting power, smooth response and abundant low-end torque is produced by the same class-leading Parallel Twin engine as the Ninja 400 sportbike.
• CLUTCH – Assist & Slipper: A compact clutch assists with a light feel at the lever and a wide engagement range for confident control. A back-torque limiting slipper function helps prevent rear-wheel hop when downshifting.

• BRAKES – Superb Stopping Power: Gripped by a balanced actuation dual-piston caliper, the Z400 boasts a large Ø310 mm semi-floating petal front disc. Nissin’s ABS control unit is compact and lightweight, delivering precise control to help prevent wheel lockup under extreme braking.
